Singapore, March 14, 2026 — Sagtec Global Limited (NASDAQ: SAGT) today announced the launch of SAGE AI, its next-generation AI-powered restaurant operating system, alongside the signing of enterprise contracts valued at approximately $11 million.

The new platform is designed to help restaurant operators improve operational efficiency, forecast demand, and manage multi-location networks using artificial intelligence and data-driven insights.

SAGE AI integrates point-of-sale infrastructure, operational analytics, predictive AI models, and automated decision-support tools into a unified software platform. By applying machine learning to operational and transaction data, the platform enables restaurants to optimize pricing, manage inventory, forecast demand, and monitor performance across multiple locations.

Key features of the platform include AI-powered demand forecasting, intelligent inventory and supply chain management, automated operational decision-support tools, multi-location performance analytics, and real-time operational intelligence dashboards.

The company said its POS ecosystem currently supports thousands of restaurant locations, generating large volumes of transaction and operational data. This data serves as the foundation for SAGE AI’s industry-specific AI models, allowing the platform to deliver predictive insights designed to help operators improve margins, reduce waste, and scale operations.

The launch comes as the Asia-Pacific foodservice industry continues to expand rapidly. According to Fortune Business Insights, the region’s foodservice market is projected to exceed $3.3 trillion by 2034, driven by urbanization, rising middle-class demand, and increasing digital adoption.

SAGT also outlined its future roadmap for SAGE AI, which includes the development of AI agents designed to automate key operational functions within restaurant networks. Planned capabilities include automated demand forecasting and purchasing, intelligent menu optimization based on consumer demand patterns, dynamic pricing and promotion optimization, AI-powered operational assistants for restaurant managers, and predictive workforce scheduling.

“The launch of SAGE AI represents a major milestone in our evolution as a technology platform,” said Kevin Ng, Chief Executive Officer of Sagtec Global Limited. “Our POS infrastructure supports restaurant operators across thousands of locations, generating valuable operational data that enables us to build AI-driven intelligence tools specifically for the restaurant industry.”

Ng added that the initial $11 million in enterprise contracts reflects growing demand for AI-powered operational solutions in the hospitality sector as businesses seek to manage rising costs and operational complexity.
