1. The China- based online music entertainment platform Tencent Music has raised nearly $1.1 billion in its US IPO after pricing its shares at the bottom of a marketed range.However the company could not gain the momentum it expected.

3. Yamaha Motor and Southeast Asia’s ride hailing giant have formed a partnership to collaborate in motorcycle ride-hailing service within the Southeast Asian region with a focus on Indonesia. As part of the partnership agreement, the Japanese automaker will invest US$150 million in Grab.
