Level3AI, a Singapore-based AI company building enterprise customer engagement solutions, announced it has raised US$13 million in seed funding. The round was led by Lightspeed, with participation from BEENEXT, 500 Global, Sovereign’s Capital and Goodwater Capital.

The company said the funding will be used to accelerate research and development and expand operations across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

Founded in July 2024 by Dr. Harry Yu and Zachary Wang, Level3AI develops AI agents that automate customer engagement across voice, email and chat channels. Its platform integrates large language models with enterprise systems such as CRM, telephony and ticketing platforms, aiming to support complex, multi-step interactions.

Level3AI offers a guarantee-backed performance model tied to customer satisfaction scores or conversion rates, with refund provisions if agreed targets are not met. The company attributes this approach to its “Deterministic Backbone” architecture, which separates deterministic workflow controls from AI-generated components.

To date, Level3AI said it has supported more than 10 million customer interactions for over one million end consumers. The company’s services are in use by clients including GetGo, Carousell, Yuu Rewards and Carsome. In partnership with GetGo, Level3AI maintained a 95% customer satisfaction rate over 18 months, contributing to customer service recognition in Singapore.

In a statement, Dr. Yu said recent advancements in AI have created an opportunity to improve customer experience at scale and that the company is focused on delivering measurable outcomes for enterprise customers.

Pinn Lawjindakul, Partner at Lightspeed, said the firm believes Level3AI is positioned to support enterprise customer engagement transformation across the region.
