Singapore, 2 February 2026Tridorian has announced its entry into the United States with the opening of a regional headquarters in Chicago. The expansion follows the company’s growth to US$15.6 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) within 24 months, driven by operations in Singapore and Thailand.

The company provides Google Cloud–based services focused on cloud modernization, data platforms, and AI deployment. Its U.S. expansion reflects demand for its experience in deploying production-ready AI systems integrated into business operations, particularly in regulated and growth sectors.

The company stated that the move does not signal a shift away from Southeast Asia, where it continues to build delivery and talent capabilities.

“We built this in Southeast Asia alongside our customers,” said Jimmy Jigmo, Chief Executive Officer of tridorian. “The U.S. expansion is a continuation of that work, bringing the same operating approach into a new market.”

Across Southeast Asia, tridorian has supported enterprises with cloud migrations, workload optimization, and data platform development to enable AI deployment at scale.

In Singapore, Ryobi-G worked with tridorian to implement a real-time monitoring system on Google Cloud, achieving 99% system availability and reducing deployment time by more than 50%. Nanyang Inc. automated order processing workflows, saving approximately 850 hours per month and reporting a 257% return on investment in its first year.

In Thailand, Thai Wacoal automated product content generation and brand review processes to reduce manual work. Shop Global deployed AI-powered search and personal shopping capabilities, resulting in a 20% increase in revenue. In Indonesia, FDC Dental Clinic reduced patient booking time by 87% following platform modernization.

According to Andhika, Chief Revenue Officer at tridorian, customer priorities are consistent across regions.

“Organizations are asking how to adapt their operations for AI-driven workflows,” he said. “Our work in Asia Pacific has informed how we approach these challenges in the U.S.”

tridorian will continue to operate across Southeast Asia while expanding its presence to support customers with cross-regional transformation initiatives.
