Bitget, a global cryptocurrency exchange, has announced a strategic partnership with B2C2 to enhance liquidity and execution capabilities for institutional clients on its platform.
Through the collaboration, B2C2 will serve as a liquidity provider for Bitget, bringing institutional-grade market-making and over-the-counter (OTC) trading expertise to the exchange’s ecosystem. The integration is expected to improve trading efficiency by offering tighter bid-ask spreads and more consistent order execution across different market conditions.
Founded in 2015, B2C2 is a digital asset liquidity provider majority-owned by SBI Holdings. The firm provides liquidity and trading services to hedge funds, asset managers, brokers, exchanges, and traditional financial institutions participating in digital asset markets.
Gracy Chen, CEO of Bitget, said reliable liquidity and execution quality are critical for institutional trading.
“Working with B2C2 strengthens the liquidity layer of the platform, which is essential for supporting institutional participation and improving execution quality across markets. It is a step toward scaling the Universal Exchange model for institutional use,” Chen said.
Thomas Restout, Group CEO of B2C2, said the partnership will expand market access for both companies.
“We are pleased to work with Bitget to deliver deeper and more reliable markets to institutional clients across spot and derivatives trading,” Restout said.
The partnership is part of Bitget’s broader strategy to build institutional-grade trading infrastructure and expand its liquidity network globally. It also supports B2C2’s continued expansion across major digital asset trading venues.
