JAR Capital Group, a leading Swiss external asset manager, today announced the appointment of Francois R. Farjallah as Vice Chairman. A seasoned private banking executive with over 30 years of global experience, Farjallah will play a key role in strengthening the firm’s strategic and governance framework.

In his new role, Farjallah will support the Chairman on group-wide strategy, risk oversight, and capital allocation. He will also contribute to the structuring of the holding company’s board committees, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards across the jurisdictions in which JAR operates, including Geneva, Dubai, Singapore, and Monaco.

This appointment reinforces JAR Capital Group’s commitment to enhancing its governance framework as its affiliated firms continue to expand their footprint across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia through fully regulated operations.

Farjallah brings extensive experience in global private banking. He most recently served as Head of Private Banking and Head of Middle East at EFG. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at Indosuez Wealth Management, Société Générale Private Banking, and Credit Suisse, with a strong focus on the Middle Eastern and European markets.
