Amundi Appoints Carine Souvannavong as Head of Corporate Clients, Asia Ex-China

Amundi, one of Europe’s leading asset managers, today announced the appointment of Carine Souvannavong as Head of Corporate Clients, Asia Ex-China. Based in Hong Kong, Souvannavong will focus on expanding Amundi’s corporate client business across the region, targeting treasury teams, pension funds, family offices, and reinsurance clients.
In her new role, Souvannavong will report to Eddy Wong, CEO of Amundi Asia, and Sandrine Rougeron, Global Head of Corporate Clients and Head of Liquidity Solutions Sales. She will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships in Asia, excluding China.
Souvannavong brings over 15 years of experience in the financial industry. She joins Amundi from Citi, where she served as a Relationship Manager in the corporate banking division in Hong Kong. Previously, she held sales roles at J.P. Morgan in London and Hong Kong, developing cash, liquidity, and trade solutions for multinational clients.
