SNP SE, a global leader in software for AI-enabled digital transformation, automated data migration, and data management in SAP environments, has announced the launch of Oros Data LLC, a new joint venture with New York-based AI-native Services-as-Software company Structify.
The newly formed entity will focus on the development and deployment of AI-powered solutions designed to process and manage large volumes of unstructured enterprise data — a category estimated to account for nearly 80% of all enterprise information worldwide.
The collaboration marks a significant advancement in enterprise transformation technology, combining SNP’s deep expertise in SAP-led transformation projects with Structify’s AI-driven capabilities in data extraction, contextualization, and automation.
As part of the initiative, SNP will integrate the new capabilities into its Kyano® platform, initially targeting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) scenarios where handling unstructured data efficiently and securely is critical to reducing risk and accelerating transaction outcomes.
Unstructured data includes contracts, HR records, customer communications, IT documentation, compliance records, and other critical business information that is often inaccessible to traditional transformation tools. Improper management of such data during M&A transactions can create operational inefficiencies, compliance concerns, and financial risks.
“Improper processing of unstructured data greatly increases the risks in M&A and can erode as much as 10% of the deal value,” said Steele Arbeeny, CTO of SNP North America. “Customers have trusted SNP for over 30 years to accelerate and de-risk their most critical business transformations. We are excited to introduce this AI-enabled capability to further streamline and safeguard our customers’ M&A initiatives.”
Structify CEO Alex Reichenbach emphasized the growing importance of making enterprise data actionable while maintaining security and compliance standards.
“Unstructured data represents a significant share of the information required to run a business,” said Reichenbach. “Our goal is to make this data usable in M&A transactions while ensuring that sensitive information such as trade secrets and personal data remains protected. This collaboration provides a scalable framework to apply these capabilities across complex transformation projects.”
The launch of Oros Data LLC reflects the growing demand for intelligent enterprise transformation solutions that combine automation, AI, compliance, and operational agility.
