Prior to joining TMLS, Ong served as CEO of a composite insurer in Singapore, where he led the company through a period of strong growth, with a focus on product innovation, digital transformation, and customer-focused solutions. Earlier in his career, he held key roles including Chief Financial Officer at a major life insurer in Malaysia and Group Chief Risk Officer for a leading insurance group operating across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
The company stated that Ong’s regional expertise and deep industry knowledge position him well to lead TMLS into its next phase of development.
