IPC Systems (“IPC”), a global provider of secure, compliant communications and multi-cloud connectivity solutions, has entered an exclusive partnership with Vsense FinTech, Inc., a Taiwan-based developer of FPGA-powered trading solutions.

Under the agreement, IPC will serve as the exclusive global distributor and white-label reseller of Vsense’s high-performance FPGA solutions. These hardware-based systems bypass software overhead, delivering ultra-low latency performance for high-frequency trading and other capital markets applications.

“This agreement strengthens IPC’s role as a leading provider of trading infrastructure,” said Paul Zatek, Global Head of Data Sales at IPC. “Our partnership allows IPC to combine Vsense’s FPGA solutions with our global portfolio, enhancing our ability to deliver low-latency, innovative trading solutions to capital markets.”

Partnership Highlights

  • Exclusive Distribution Rights: IPC holds worldwide rights to market, resell, and distribute Vsense’s FPGA solutions to financial institutions, trading firms, and exchanges.
  • Product Portfolio Integration:
    • Vlite: FPGA-accelerated market data solution for global exchanges
    • Vpass: FPGA-based pre-trade risk check solution for sell-side brokers
    • Vpal: Multi-exchange order gateway for buy-side ultra-low latency order placement and monitoring
  • Service Levels: Solutions are backed by strict service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure performance and reliability.

The partnership positions IPC to expand its trading infrastructure offerings in Asia-Pacific and globally, combining Vsense’s FPGA technology and exchange integrations with IPC’s regional presence and client network. This collaboration will support buy-side, sell-side, and proprietary trading firms with high-performance trading infrastructure, data normalization, and hardware-based risk management.

“Partnering with IPC allows us to scale globally and deliver our mission-critical technologies to financial institutions worldwide,” said Wels Tsao, Co-Founder and COO of Vsense. “Together, we are reshaping trading infrastructure with unmatched speed and reliability.”
